On April 8, 2025, the group joined hands with Peking University Zongheng Management Consulting Company to jointly hold a kickoff meeting for the procurement system construction and process optimization project. President Lu Gengbao, Vice President Ye Rong, and Assistant President Li Shibing attended the launch meeting online, while CFO Yuan Jun, Chairman of the Supervisory Board Xia Zhushan, and members of both project teams participated offline.
At the meeting, Yuan Qing, partner and senior project manager of Peking University Zongheng Management Consulting Company, introduced the requirements understanding, implementation methodology, implementation points, and implementation plan of this project.
During the meeting, both parties also had in-depth discussions and exchanges on optimizing the supply chain system strategy, standardizing the procurement process, and establishing standard actions for each link, further deepening their understanding and comprehension of the project.
Before the end of the kickoff meeting, Group President Lu Gengbao made a concluding speech, emphasizing once again the importance of the procurement system construction and process optimization project for the company’s development and strategic goals. He required all participating departments and relevant personnel to strictly follow the requirements, fully ensure the smooth progress of the project, and comprehensively improve the company’s supply chain management level.
